Preclinical FLASH Treatment Planning System

Co-led development of an open-source treatment planning system for preclinical electron FLASH work, developed in an ongoing collaboration with the Stanford FLASH team. End-to-end verification of the system was presented at AAPM 2026.

Related work covers the non-invasive, reversible software-based conversion of a clinical Varian TrueBeam to FLASH mode — a conversion executed at Stanford and now being brought to UW–Madison.
